Shri Krishna Leela is a 1971 Hindi religious film directed by Homi Wadia. It was produced by his Basant Pictures banner. Written by B. M. Vyas, the story and dialogue were by S. N. Tripathi.

Leela actress depressed with her father and on other hand Krishna actor suffering from daily tensions accidentally get connected on mobile lot of things get messed up and due to this Krishna has to forcefully marry leela will they stay together or get divorced.

A yoga expert named Vihari returns to India, where he encounters Brundha and discovers they were lovers in a past life. Bound by a centuries-old curse, their journey explores destiny, reincarnation, and the eternal quest for love.

Mathura based Devki lives a wealthy lifestyle with her husband, Gokul. The couple is childless in a kingdom ruled by her brother, the tyrannical and immortal, Kans. When Kans finds out that Devki`s 8th child, an avatar of Bhagwan Shri Vishnu, will kill him, he has the couple imprisoned in a dungeon, and systemically kills all their 7 children. After the birth of the 8th child Vishnuji instructs Devi Maa Jogmaya to take his place and in turn she will be worshiped as Chandika, Navdurga, Kalika, and Amba. Gokul manages to smuggle his 8th child to Nand`s house and takes Yogmaya back with him. In this way Vishnuji`s avatar, Kishanji, grows up with his foster mother, Yashoda, steals clarified butter, teases young women, lifts up mount Govardhan with his little finger, slays Yamraj`s sister, Puthna and Tarnavat - demons sent by Kans, rids Yamuna of Kaali Naag, and romances village belle Radha. This film begins with the invocation of 'almighty god' at a river where several people are gathered. The child god Krishna rises out of the water astride the demon snake Kaliya. Then we see Yashoda as she rocks the sleeping Krishna's crib and imagines the god as Gopala. The next scene shows Kamsa fantasizing about Krishna threateningly duplicated many times around him. Kamsa then imagines himself dead as his severed head rises up and descends again.
